Patterson Companies Inc. has appointed Patrik Eriksson as North American president of Patterson Dental. In the role, Eriksson will oversee the company’s dental operations across the region and will report to Robert Rajalingam, chief executive officer of Patterson Companies. He will also serve on the executive leadership team.
Eriksson brings more than 25 years of experience in dental and medical technology. He most recently served as chief executive officer of Vimian Group, where he led efforts focused on growth through acquisitions and operational improvements. His prior roles include leadership positions at Danaher and Envista Holdings, Nobel Biocare, KavoKerr, Ormco, and Carestream Dental. The company stated that during these tenures, Eriksson worked on turning around underperforming divisions, developing software solutions, and increasing revenue.

According to the company, Eriksson is originally from Sweden and holds a master’s degree in business and administration from the Stockholm School of Economics. He currently resides in Newport Beach, California.
